- Dark Compound – 500 gm.
- White Compound – 400 gm.
- Cashew Nuts – 2 table spoon.
- Almonds – 2 table spoon.
- Walnut – 50 gm.
- Raisins – 2 table spoon
- Make the pieces of Dark Compound & White Compound by heavy object.
- Now melt & mix the dark compound & white compound using two bowls – One big & the other small. Fill the bigger bowl with 1½ cup of water & boil it at low flame. Above the bigger bowl put the smaller bowl containing crushed chocolates and with the help of spoon stir it till the chocolate melts.
- After that take a mold & with help of spoon fill the containers partly with melted chocolate & then put some walnuts, Raisins, almonds & cashew nuts. Fill the containers with melted chocolate again till the top.The mold is then patted on the table to make it even.
- Keep the mold in fridge for nearly till 15 minutes & then take out the chocolates from the mold. Your chocolates are ready.
